Meet Daryl Madison, Chair-a-Cise Creator
Daryl Madison is an American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certified Personal Trainer. He has combined his over decade-long career in personal training and numerous certifications dealing with exercise to create Chair-A-Cise,an original, rapid weight loss chair exercise fitness program
Certified by the American Heart Association in CPR and Heartsaver First-Aid, with experience at several national health and wellness centers; including, Gold’s Gym, LA Fitness, and Dekalb Wellness Center, Daryl Madison has dedicated his fitness career to spreading the message about exercise as preventative medicine for all ages. Daryl’s fitness expertise has been featured in several Atlanta Journal Constitution and DeKalb News Sun articles; he also appeared on an episode of CW Network’s Ultimate Makeover. He continues to offer fitness leadership by speaking and teaching at community health expositions and Atlanta area school fitness demonstrations.
Lifestyle Fitness/Chair-A-Cise was founded for one simple reason. I wanted to create the most effective method of personal training whether it's in-person or on my Chair-A-Cise DVDs.. Other areas of this website describe why and how I am different (dare I say better!) and how I get to know what my clients need. The aim of this page is to show you why my training is so different, and so effective.
To put it simply, I am obsessed with improving what I offer, and with remaining at the forefront of forward thinking to bring you amazing results. I eat, sleep and breathe health and fitness. This shows in the spectacular results I achieve for my clients, those who watch my videos and for myself.
I am constantly driven by the incredible sense of fulfillment I feel when I help someone achieve their goals – no matter if they’re an elite athlete or a middle-aged housewife. I believe that anyone can positively change themselves and their bodies, and I will move heaven and earth to ensure that each and every person who I train through my Chair-A-Cise DVDs or personal training is feeling happier, more confident, and healthier.
I never impose my own goals on a client. I listen, advise and then coach with that specific goal in mind. I am not a rent-a-friend trainer or here to put on a circus show. I am here to get a very specific job done. That job is the one that you set for me – to achieve your own unique version of improved health, fitness and/or physical appearance. I don’t stand back, in fact I get stuck right into every aspect of your life that you are prepared to open up to me in person, through email, video conferencing, etc... No other way is appropriate for the commitment and investment that you should be making in your health.
