How to Manifest Your Weight Lost?

If you have ever read the book or seen the movie “The Secret” or have come across other motivational materials usually the message is “the things you concentrate on the most you bring into your life”. Reality is you can wish, think and dream about weight loss 24/7 but until you get off your “butt” and exercise and change your eating habits you are not going to lose weight. You can pray and hope all day and night but until you put in some work you are not going to magically be rewarded with Beyonce’s body in the next 3 months. It’s just not going to happen.

Reading is good to keep you motivated. Putting a picture on the refrigerator with your face and someone’s else body will hopefully inspire you. Saying a positive chant in the morning, afternoon and night will constantly keep your goals on your mind. However, getting up early in the morning and doing  a fat burning exercise DVD or after work going to the gym will do more than a years worth of meditating and visualizing.

All you need to do to manifest your weight loss is ask yourself 2 questions:

1. Do you believe you can lose weight?

2. Are you willing to work hard for it?

If you answered yes to both questions then you are on your way to weight loss.
