Why the 2 pilots overflew their destination?

Many are wondering what the 2 airplane pilots who went 150 miles beyond their landing were doing.  Many experts believe they were asleep. Certainly we have all been sitting at work when sleep calls and before long we are doing the bobble head to stay awake.  So what can you do—chair exercises.  After a couple of quick exercise movements you become alert and invigorated.
